Dextrose, sugar, maltodextrin, trisodium citrate, isomaltulose*, acidity regulator (citric acid), magnesium salts of citric acid, potassium citrate, flavourings, colours (anthocyanins), cyanocobalamin and thiamin mononitrate.

*Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.

Suggested Use

Gently shake the canister prior to each use as content may settle. Add 1 scoop (27 g) to 500 ml of water, shake vigorously. Best consumed during exercise.
